Untitled Summit Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is registered in England & Wales. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We keep this simple because it should be.
Untitled Summit Ltd is a software development studio operating as a UK-registered company. Our registered address and company number are available on request at hello@untitledsummit.com. We are the data controller for any personal data collected through this website.
We collect only what is necessary. This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics by default. When you contact us by email, we collect your name and email address as supplied by you, and the content of your message. If you engage our services, we collect additional business information as required to deliver those services and comply with UK law (e.g. invoicing data).
We use your contact information solely to respond to your enquiry or to manage our service relationship with you. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Under the UK GDPR, we process your data on the following legal bases: (a) your consent, where you have freely given it; (b) the performance of a contract, where we are delivering services to you; (c) our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and maintaining client relationships, where these do not override your rights.
We retain email correspondence for up to 24 months from the date of last contact. Client project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months, after which it is securely deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
This website is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may process request metadata (IP address, browser type) for network security and performance purposes. Please refer to Cloudflare's privacy policy for details. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other behavioural tracking service on this website.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing; request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@untitledsummit.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We may update this policy periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
